• Based on the sales for each order, you will be able to apply the exclusive discount rate for the Dealer.
• Your agent will enjoy a discount directly on the purchase invoice in proportion to the quantity.
• This DISCOUNT policy is independent and is conducted in parallel with other business support or promotion programs from the Company for your agents.
• FOSA does not specify the number of items per order. Agents can choose to buy any item in line with your dealer’s business orientation.
b. REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR AGENT:
• Your agents expand to develop customers and develop markets by themselves.
• Actively building a strong sales network to supply its products with healthy forms and activities, showing professionalism.
• Support the Company when there are promotions and advertising programs to boost revenue and brand awareness.
• The price for the final consumer is guaranteed to be the same as the listed retail price. In the event, if any Agent dumps dumping, the Company will unilaterally terminate the contract.
II. SUPPORTING POLICIES
• Agents are supported with price lists according to the Company’s programs.
• Promotions for retail customers will be notified to dealers 7 days in advance by the Company. Depending on the promotion program, the Company will have a policy to support dealers to promote sales but still ensure profits for dealers. Agents can consider running promotions with the Company or not.
• Agents are updated with information about prices, information about goods, products and markets; corporate policies; marketing programs, promotional materials.
• Your agent will be granted a certificate as an Official Agent of the Company when meeting the specified criteria.
III. RETURN POLICY
Within 2 days (for chicken feet products), 3 days (for dipping sauce products) from the date of receipt, your agent will be able to exchange new goods if the product is determined to be at fault of the Company (Warranty). preserved as required but the product is deformed, viscous, sauce changes taste, color, ..). In the event that the exchange is no longer available, and the fault is determined to belong to the Company, the Company will recall the product and compensate the defective part to the dealer within 15 days.
IV. DELIVERY POLICY
The company supports 100% of the shipping fee within 5km of delivery.
